Position Overview:

As a Bartender, you'll serve beverages in our bar, patio, and event spaces while delivering prompt, courteous, and friendly service to members and guests. This role reports directly to the Bar Manager and Clubhouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Create a warm, welcoming environment and confidently discuss club events and offerings Provide cocktail service throughout the clubhouse, patio, and event areas Maintain cleanliness of the bar, event spaces, and overall facility during and after shifts Connect with guests throughout their experience to ensure satisfaction Work cooperatively with team members and take direction from leadership Check guest IDs and serve alcohol responsibly Accurately handle cash and card transactions Report safety issues or guest concerns to supervisors Assist with additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-3 years of bartending or serving experience required Must meet WA state minimum age for alcohol service Food Handler's Permit and Class 12 Mixologist Permit (within 30 days of hire) Comfortable with basic math and making change Open availability Thursday through Sunday Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
