Job Description
Craft Bartender Local upbeat pub, Levitate Gastropub on Issaquah's historic Front Street, is looking to expand our bartending team with an energetic, reliable, experienced lead. We are looking for a team member to lead our bar program including utilizing their knowledge and passion to create a dynamic experience for our customers, work in a fast paced environment and bring a positive attitude. Create craft cocktails, innovate on your own ideas to help build new cocktails for the menu and execute existing recipes. Also help managing inventory and ordering. This person will work closely with the owner and chef.
The ideal candidate would:
Be flexible and able to work busy weekday and weekend lunch and dinner shiftsAnchor Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday doublesHave at least 5 years of previous serving experience Be knowledgeable and passionate about cocktails, beer, wine and food Be responsible and dependableBe self-motivated, work well alone as well as being part of a team
