In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether mixing cocktails, taking orders, or ensuring a smooth dining experience, your positive energy will keep the momentum lively and engaging. Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate beverage and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Provide attentive table service by checking on guests regularly, refilling drinks, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform cashiering duties with precision using retail math and basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling and food safety standards. Assist with food service during busy periods such as nightclubs or banquets, supporting catering events when needed. Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining settings. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; prior cashiering experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume shifts. Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and cash handling accurately. Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws; certifications related to alcohol service are advantageous.
