Server/Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. Prepare and craft beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency. Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments with precision. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to proper food handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to enhance their experience. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining or nightclub environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with liquor laws; knowledge of brewing or bartending techniques is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions.
