Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for billing and change with accuracy. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety within the establishment. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully stocked during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required; family dining experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and accurate billing.
