In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to ensure safety and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff or catering teams during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently juggling multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality or service speed. Keep up-to-date with beverage trends, brewing techniques, and industry best practices to offer expert recommendations. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls. Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience serving Demonstrated ability in retail math for cash handling and basic math skills for accurate order processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty. Prior experience working with beverage programs involving brewing or specialty drinks is a plus.
