What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding service to 25-40 guests independently during shiftsCraft quality cocktails and pour beers with confidence and consistencyMaintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout your shiftBuild genuine connections with guests and create a welcoming atmosphereWork efficiently and stay organized during peak service timesEmbrace a mindset of unconditional hospitality in every guest interactionCollaborate with the team to continuously improve our service and operations

About You:

You bring 3+ years of professional server and bartending experience, with a proven ability to manage high-volume service independently. You're organized, fast-paced, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. Most importantly, you're willing to learn, adapt, and grow with a startup brewery that values your contributions.
