Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a Server/ Bartender to join our team. As a server, you will be engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your friendliness and hard work will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations while ensuring the accuracy of orders. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly while adhering to all local laws regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain food safety standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing orders and payments. Handle food safely and ensure compliance with health regulations throughout the restaurant and bar area. Skill Experience is preferred. Must obtain a food safety card and a MAST permit within a few weeks of hiring. Familiarity with POS systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
