Server/ Bartender

Join the Team at Fable Craft Bar and Restaurant at J. Bookwalter Winery Full-Time Bartender Fable Craft Bar@ J. Bookwalter is seeking a professional and service-oriented bartender to join our Front of House team. This position requires confidence, efficiency, and a strong commitment to guest hospitality. Bartenders work directly with guests and staff to deliver a high-quality beverage and dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy Provide timely and attentive bar service to both dining room guests and those seated at the bar Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout service Collaborate with FOH and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow Manage cash and POS transactions accurately Assist with bar prep, inventory checks, and restocking as needed Uphold all company and state alcohol safety guidelines

Qualifications:

2+ years bartending experience preferred Familiarity with wine, beer, and standard cocktails Excellent communication and multitasking skills Must maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a busy service environment Must be 21+ with the ability to obtain a valid Washington State MAST Permit and Food Handler's Card Sunday availability required; must be available for evenings and weekends Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35lbs
