You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in mixology and your passion for hospitality will shine as you engage with patrons, ensuring they have an unforgettable time. What you'll do Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with flair and precision. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety standards. Operate Toast POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and assisting with inventory counts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets and catering events. Uphold high standards of hospitality in a fine dining or nightclub setting while demonstrating excellent time management skills. Basic qualifications 2+ years experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub environment is essential. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. 21+ years of age (required) Positive attitude and teamwork mentality Current MAST permit and Food Handler's Card (required) Minimum of 3 shifts per week , with room to pick up extra shifts if desired Preferred qualifications Experience with Toast POS systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with banquet service and catering operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions.
