Job Description

Recently featured in the New York Times, Ba Bar has become a staple in Capitol Hill since opening in 2011. Ba Bar serves authentic Vietnamese street food, cold drinks, and great experiences. Ba Bar Capitol Hill is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. This position will involve a blend of both bar and floor shifts in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years bartending experience and must be capable of handling a busy bar with an emphasis on food service.

Position Details
  • Hours:
    30-32 hours per week
  • Shifts:
    4-5 shifts per week
  • Pay:
    $20.76 per hour plus tips (Average tips: $32
  • 35 per hour.

  • Efficiently manage bar and serving duties during shifts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high service standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
  • Treat the entire restaurant as a shared section, emphasizing teamwork
  • Ensure all drinks are made according to the established recipes and standards of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage both bar and dining service
