Job Description
Lowlander, a brewery and restaurant from Chef Renee Erickson and partners, is looking for experienced server/bartenders to join our hardworking and enthusiastic team.
Beer hall serving housemade, composed sausages, pretzels, salads, fries, cocktails and brewed-on-premise beers served straight from the tanks. Casual. Counter / cocktailing service. 124 seatsWe are looking for motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented professionals who work well with others and are excited to learn and grow. A genuine passion for hospitality and curiosity about beer, food, and people are key. Humor, compassion, enthusiasm, positivity, and creativity are qualities we value.
Sea Creatures is looking for team members who bring creativity, authentic generosity, and enthusiasm to the workplace.
There are full-time and part-time positions available, these are hourly non-exempt positions.
Training wage: $21.30 to $21.30/hourStarting pay: $25 to $25/hour, plus tips Pay range for the position: $25 to $25/hour, plus tips This is a Service Charge and tip-pooled house.
Requirements for the position:
Minimum 2 years prior experience in a serving or bartending role.
Strong beer knowledge or enthusiasm to learn about brewing and styles (craft beer experience a plus).Knowledge of food, classic cocktails, and general beverage service.
Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Positive verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to perform with confidence and efficiency, quickly and with grace.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking.

After 5 years of employment: Accrue 0.057 hours of Paid Time Off per hour worked, up to 120 hours a year.
