Job Description
Rione XIII is hiring! Inspired by Trastevere, Rome's vibrant 13th district, we are a small neighborhood restaurant focused on bringing great vibes and authentic Roman cuisine to Capitol Hill.
We are seeking a new team member who brings hustle, hospitality, and lots of personality to the table. You will join a team of knowledgeable, professional, and friendly industry pros who take pride in growing their craft and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Our staff thrive in a fast-paced environment and find joy and fulfillment in creating relationships and special experiences with every guest who walks through the door. The person we will hire has prior craft bartending experience. This position would be ideal for a person who seeks to grow in their hospitality career.
Requirements of the line cook role:
Genuine, warm, friendly demeanorExcellent customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and able to maintainan a clean workspace in a fast-paced environmentCraft cocktail experience is preferableCreative and interested in learning how to develop drinks and beverage programsKeen eye for detailHustle! We are small, but high volumeTeamwork attitude
To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 20% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees.
