Job Description

Mio Oh Mio, a restaurant from Chef Renee Erickson and partners, is looking for an experienced Server/Bartender to join our hardworking and enthusiastic team.

Intimate London-meets-Italy ( britalian ) casual fine dining restaurant, cocktails and a full wine list. Table services. 32 seats.

We re looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals who work well with others, communicate kindly, and take pride in creating an elegant, warm guest experience. Humor, compassion, enthusiasm, positivity, and creativity are qualities we value. Sea Creatures seeks team members who bring creativity, authentic generosity, and enthusiasm to the workplace.

There are full-time and part-time positions available, these are hourly non-exempt positions.

Training wage: $21.30 to $21.30/hourStarting pay: $25 to $25/hour, plus tips and Service ChargePay range for the position: $25 to $25/hour, plus tips and Service ChargeThis is a Service Charge and tip-pooled house.

Requirements for the position:

Minimum 2 years prior experience as a server in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant environment.

Strong knowledge of food service menu awareness, plating cadence, and guest timing.

Familiarity with wine, spirits and thoughtful beverage service or a strong willingness to deepen your knowledge.

Working knowledge of POS systems and comfortable using them.

Positive verbal communication skills and a professional yet friendly demeanor.

Ability to perform with confidence and efficiency, quickly and with grace.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking.

Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends. Full week availability preferred; floor flexibility a plus (bar or host shifts possible).
