Job Description
The Mountaineering Club Bartender We're hiring full-time bartenders to join our rooftop team at the Graduate Seattle Hotel. The Mountaineering Club is a space defined by panoramic views, local flavors, and intentional design and we're looking for team members who bring warmth, precision, and care to every shift.
About the RoleAs a bartender, you'll be central to the guest experience crafting drinks, sparking connection, and maintaining a smooth, engaging atmosphere. You'll work closely with the bar team to deliver thoughtful service and support the rhythm of the rooftop.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detailGuiding guests through our drink menu, highlighting local and natural selectionsMaintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked barSupporting event service and adapting to shifting guest needsCollaborating with hosts and servers to ensure seamless communication and guest flowWho We're Looking ForYou're someone who thrives in dynamic environments and brings focus, hospitality, and creativity to your work. Availability RequirementsEvening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential. We're looking for candidates who are reliable, flexible, and ready to support peak service hours.

Compensation and Details$21.30/hour plus tipsFull time with Friday and Saturday availability.
