Full Time Bartender & Server

We are looking for someone to join our incredible bar program! This is a full time job and the right candidate will need to be available Tuesday-Saturday nights. This job will entail shifts both behind the bar and on the floor. Flexibility is a must!

Primary Job Duties:

Duties include but are not limited too

• Demonstrate full knowledge of the bar and keep bars properly organized, stocked, and cleaned
• Have a complete understanding of all applicable laws and regulations concerning the service of alcoholic beverages
• Provide prompt, exceptional, courteous, friendly, and timely service to guests and employees
• Maintain thorough menu and product knowledge
• Accurately place guests food and beverage orders, inspect for orders for quality and accuracy, ensure correct plating and serve according to standard
• Ask politely for age identification for any guest who appears to be under the age of thirty
• Utilize sales techniques to up-sell and suggestively sell menu items, specials, and beverages
• Promote good guest relations and provide excellent guest response to complaints
• Ensure complete and consistent communication with management, departmental employees, and lateral departments
• Complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the bar area-Routinely inspect surrounding areas, identifying cleaning needs, potential safety hazards, problems and maintenance or repair need, and notify the appropriate individuals for proper resolution
• Assist other employees when needed
• Other related work as requested.
