Availability for two to three days a week & event daysUp-to-date food handler's permit & liquor serving licenseCapability to multi task and stay organized under pressureHave excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team membersFocus and an eye for detail ensuring that all guests receive their appropriate order, modifications and serviceAbility to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesExpertise in classic-craft cocktailsKnowledge of Japanese whisky, sake, and wine is a plusEnthusiasm to always be learning, improving, and growingPay is Hourly (paychecks are bi-weekly), plus cash tips that are dispersed every night, no pooling system.
