Job Description
Lola is a lively Greek and Mediterranean inspired restaurant located in the heart of Belltown at 4th & Virginia. Warm, energetic, and hospitality-driven, Lola has been a longtime Seattle favorite known for bold flavors, genuine service, and a bustling dining room that moves seamlessly from morning coffee and breakfast through lunch and dinner service. Our menus are rooted in Mediterranean traditions built around fresh ingredients, vibrant spices, and housemade preparations. Guests return for signature dishes like our slow-roasted leg of lamb, sizzling kebab skillets, and freshly griddled pita. We re passionate about food, teamwork, craft, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door!
We are currently hiring part-time Bartenders to join our team! Successful candidates will be able to work weekend evening shifts.
Who we're looking for:
We are passionate about food and beverage, highly personable, and detail oriented. Successful candidates will love people and great drinks! We are looking for team players who can work with their front and back of house coworkers to create memorable guest experiences and have fun while doing it! You should be comfortable in high volume service, while still able to maintain standards of elevated service, and interested in flexing your creative muscles. Minimum 1 year experience bartending in a full-service restaurant. Experience in a fast-paced restaurantLooking to contribute to a fun and compassionate team environment.Loves good food and working with people.
