Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Handle cashing out guests with precision, managing cash handling and retail math to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures during serving and food preparation. Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, providing professional service in a fast-paced environment such as nightclubs or fine dining settings. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables promptly while maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements Proven experience in food service or Asian restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience More than 2 years Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cashiering or cashier experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety. Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, sales transactions, and retail math accuracy. Previous banquet or catering experience is desirable; experience in brewing or the food industry is beneficial. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in hospitality settings such as nightclubs or restaurants.
