Rough & Tumble has a rare opportunity to join our FOH team! Now hiring several experienced bartender-servers to join our awesome squad. Top candidates will be fun, kind, dependable, detail-oriented, creative, collaborative, love creating community with our guests, and have a passion for great customer service and quality drinks in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Voted Best Sports Bar & Best New Restaurant by Seattle Met and Seattle Times / Best in the PNW (among others) and recently highlighted by Vogue, Bon Appetit, Fortune, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Eater National, R&T is a beloved home for sports fans, community, and families alike.

What you bring:

A happy, extroverted, generous, and welcoming personality that loves hospitality, people, and creating exceptional, authentic experiences for guestsPossess a well-honed ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and appreciates a high-volume role that's full of energy and communityMinimum 2-3 years serving experience in a high-volume environment a REQUIREMENTBartending experience (high-volume) a plus as a significant portion of our team is cross trained and work both bar and floorFlexible, adjustable, and creative with a great sense of humor while being able to multi-task and manage competing priorities on a busy floor with easeValues self-direction and team-oriented approachAthletes and sports fans strongly encouraged to applyMust be available for BOTH Saturday and Sunday, as well as weekday evening shifts and approx. 20-30 hours per week over 3-5 shifts.
