We're in the process of developing a working owners program. This includes profit sharing, decision making, leadership, management, and career development. We plan on building this into a bigger group that starts up and funds new food and beverage businesses directly from the ideas and inspiration of its members. This model requires a sacrifice of volunteer hours each month. These hours will be put into a pool and paid out as bonuses at the end of the year. Next year bonuses are planned to be quarterly. Until we are setup to legally make this volunteer work mandatory it will all be optional. Those not wanting to participate can request a waiver form at any time. Working Owners Board (currently optional) Fulltime or partime employees are expected to be a participating member in our working owners group. This requirement is 10 hours non paid per month including meetings and entreprenuer work. You will learn through experience how to successfully run a business or organization. Hours get put into a profit sharing pot. Longterm members are considered for investments made into startup food and beverage businesses. Working Owner Members (currently optional) Fulltime or part-time employees are expected to do 5 hours non paid per month including one 2 hour monthly restaurant meeting.
