In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tips while maintaining cash handling accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, promoting safe drinking practices and complying with alcohol service laws. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events in nightclubs or restaurants. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality background preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate billing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days.
