As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing FOH staff. The successful candidate should have a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of cocktails, wine, and overall restaurant and bar operations. The duties and responsibilities of a Supervisor/Bartender include:

• Overseeing the operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Training and supervising FOH staff
• Enforcing health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices
• Serving customers and handling customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensuring compliance with alcohol laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or relevant role
• Knowledge of mixology, drink menus, bar operations, and restaurant service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle and resolve laws and regulations
• Ability to use a POS system
