We are looking for dynamic, professional Server/Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. Whether you are pouring massive steins of authentic German imports at the bar or managing a bustling station on the floor, your energy, hustle, and hospitality will elevate every guest's experience. Responsibilities Proactive Hospitality:

Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly with an upbeat, friendly attitude.

Beverage Excellence:

Pour and serve a wide variety of drinks, including authentic German beers, local crafts, cocktails, and wines, while strictly maintaining quality and presentation standards.

Tech-Savvy Service:

Efficiently utilize SkyTab / Toast POS systems to process transactions, manage tabs, and handle cash and credit payments accurately.

Hall Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar and dining space in compliance with Washington state food safety and sanitation standards.

Menu Expertise:

Confidently guide guests through our food and beer menus, using suggestive selling to highlight specials, pairings, and favorites.

Teamwork & Reset:

Assist with the setup, heavy restocking, and breakdown of shifts to ensure the hall is always guest-ready.

Requirements Legal Certifications:

Must possess a valid Washington State MAST (Class 12/13) Mixologist Permit and a Washington Food Handler's Card .

Age Requirement:

Must be 21 years or older to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.

Experience:

Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or bar environment.

POS Familiarity:

Experience using SkyTab or Toast POS systems is highly desirable.

Hustle & Time Management:

Strong ability to multi-task and manage large sections or a busy bar rail efficiently during peak volume hours.

Basic Math:

Sharp skills for handling cash, calculating tips, splitting bills, and inventory tracking.

Positive Attitude:

A professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for working as part of a tight-knit team.

Pay:

$17.13 per hour
