You'll mix and serve drinks accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, welcoming presence. Your attentiveness and positive attitude will help guests feel relaxed, important, appreciated, and well cared for. We're looking for someone who can... Greet guests and take beverage orders, either directly or through servers. Mix and serve drinks accurately and consistently, following company recipes and quality standards. Check guest ID to ensure legal age for alcohol service. Handle assigned cash bank, collect payment, and follow all cash-handling procedures, including balancing receipts. Keep the bar fully stocked and equipped, submitting inventory or requisition requests as needed. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular sweeping, wiping, and glass cleaning. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, food pairings, and resort offerings including activities and amenities. The role may also require sustained visual and mental concentration. Work Environment . Conditions are typical of an outdoor environment, with an uncontrolled setting and temperature variations from hot to cool.
