In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, bring and building customer relations through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits Manage POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages Collaborate with kitchen staff ensuring seamless service to patrons Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in dining establishments, pubs and or bars is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient order management Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Background in hospitality or food service industries demonstrates adaptability in dynamic environments Knowledge of wines, brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus for enhancing guest experience Join us to craft exceptional moments for our guests while advancing your career in a lively, supportive environment!
