Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or shifts

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and making change
• Familiarity with restaurant or retail math calculations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of beverage recipes and mixing techniques
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their respective glassware

Requirements:

• Punctual, we are a small team and as such team members must be punctual
• Reliable, with a small team we depend on everyone's reliability
• Weekends completely available as we have a higher volume of customers on weekends Pay range is based on recent payroll for the position with gratuities.
