Overview:
A barback demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, support the bartender, and ensure the bar area operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Bar support- restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, napkins, straws, picks, etc. to ensure bartenders have all necessary supplies. Cleanliness and organization
- maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and equipment. Inventory management
- monitor stock levels, put away bar-related deliveries, and communicate with management to prevent shortages. Customer service assistance
- assist bartender in serving non-alcoholic beverages, delivering orders, or clearing bar counters to enhance the guest experience. Compliance
- follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines. Collaboration
- work closely with the bar team and other staff to provide seamless service during peak hours. Problem-solving
