Job Description

Overview:
A barback demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, support the bartender, and ensure the bar area operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Bar support
  • restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, napkins, straws, picks, etc. to ensure bartenders have all necessary supplies. Cleanliness and organization
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and equipment. Inventory management
  • monitor stock levels, put away bar-related deliveries, and communicate with management to prevent shortages. Customer service assistance
  • assist bartender in serving non-alcoholic beverages, delivering orders, or clearing bar counters to enhance the guest experience. Compliance
  • follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines. Collaboration
  • work closely with the bar team and other staff to provide seamless service during peak hours. Problem-solving
  • quickly address and resolve any operational issues in the bar area to minimize disruptions.
Assist with side work as delegated by the FOH manager. Qualifications Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar is preferred but not required. Strong multitasking and time-management skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Pay:
From $17.50 per hour
