Job Description
FOH counter service. MAST and WA Food Handlers required
- Greeting and helping customers place an order at counter
- Assisting customers with questions or reasonable requests
- Provide guidance for purchase of retail items
- Restocking products and supplies in coordination with boh
- Assisting with shop closing and opening tasks as needed
- Displaying pastries and retail food
- Prepping beverage service items including coffee, tea, fresh juices, beer, wine, and cocktails
- General cleaning of the retail and work areas
- Settling the cash register at opening or close
- Taking orders, preparing/serving beverages, serving food
- Assisting back of the house staff with tasks such as packaging, light food prep, and clean-up
- Washing dishes and equipment throughout and at the end of the shift
- Communicating with management about inventory and restocking requests
- Managing 3rd party delivery order fulfillment
- assisting boh with catering fulfillment
- checking ID's of customers for alcohol service
