Quick Note:
Just so you know, we are looking for Friday through Sunday solid, with some weekday choices up in the air. Easily over 30 hoursKelnero means bartender in Esperanto, and what we have created is a bartenders bar. Over 700 spirits, and a large cocktail menu that changes with the seasons, we strive for excellence with our cocktail and food programs, while sticking to seasonality and sustainability. This is a very intense bar program, and we recognize that. But that is what makes it so great! We are looking for someone with experience, but also a desire to learn and deep dive into all things cocktail. We rotate bartenders so that everyone has a chance to make drinks, but running the floor is just as important and saves our bodies. Drinks are created together so that we all have representation on the menu. As a small team, we also run a tip share system.
