Job Description
Job Overview We are beginning to look for a new addition to our front of house crew! We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast pace atmosphere with a strong background in hospitality and customer service. We have a small crew and are excited to welcome a new addition this summer. Pay starts at $17.50 but will include tips and we can provide estimates per hours worked. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently Take customer orders accurately and have a knowledge of menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws Must be able to bus tables, take food orders, run food and perform all front of house duties during a regular shift Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly during busy hours. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests in fast-paced environments like brewing venues or restaurants.
