Role:

Bronco Billy's is looking for a friendly, dependable Bartender/Server to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages and taking food orders. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in bartending or serving is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. This position requires nights and weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Interact with guests, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Check identification and verify legal drinking age Follow all alcohol service regulations and company guidelines Handle cash transactions and operate a POS system Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service Take orders and serve guests in designated sit-down areas Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies

Qualifications:

Strong basic math skills for cash handling and making change Excellent customer service and hospitality skills Ability to operate a POS system or cash register Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and basic cocktail preparation preferred Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

From $11.00 per hour
