You'll be the heartbeat of the bar area, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beers, ice cream drinks and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Toast Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises Restock bar supplies regularly and communicate inventory needs promptly Skills Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math to handle cash transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong knowledge of beverage preparation preferred Experience working in fine dining or supper club environments preferred Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices Basic math skills for cash handling Previous experience in a high volume bar setting is a plus Join us as a Bartender where your energy fuels memorable moments!
