Full-Time or Part-Time Job Summary Tail Spin Market is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. We are seeking someone who can provide excellent customer service, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws Provide friendly and attentive customer service Operate cash register/POS system and handle payments accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area Assist with cleaning and light side work as needed Follow all health, safety, and responsible beverage service guidelines Requirements Must possess a valid Wisconsin Bartender License or a valid Village of Caledonia Bartender License that remains active through June 30, 2027 Previous bartending experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds What We Offer Starting pay of $10.00 per hour plus tips Pay increases based on experience and performance Flexible scheduling Fast-paced and friendly work environment Apply in person at Tail Spin Market, 3124 Roberts Street, Franksville, WI 53126.
