Bartender/Server

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Adhere to all relevant food safety regulations and guidelines
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register or POS system
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Basic math skills for handling cash, calculating bills, and making change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
