Job Description
Whitetail Bluff Campground is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender/Server who wants to create a fun and welcoming environment in the Clubhouse. This position is a seasonal summer position (April-October). The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a bar setting, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and can take direction well and multi-task effectively. A successful candidate will be able to prepare flavorful and satisfying beverages for all ages, as well as, making and serving food. Must be of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages per applicable law, have night, weekend and holiday availability, and operate a cash register. The work environment can be very busy, under variable noise levels, and both indoors or outdoors. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems for order entry and sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Familiarity with food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. All positions are paid roles, with additional tip compensation, committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging workplace for everyone.
