Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a bartender/server to join our team in downtown Chippewa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary and hospitality industry, and providing attentive service in a full service setting.
Pay:
BAR $10/hr plus tips paid out per shift, server tip out SERVER $3/hr plus tips paid out per shift- Employee discount Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain clean work areas
- Prepare beverages for bar patrons and fulfil server beverage orders Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is great, but not required.
- Proficient in basic math for order taking and payment processing
- Customer service skills with an outgoing & welcoming demeanor
