Job Description

Position:
Lead Bartender (Winery & Distillery Tasting Lounge Manager)
Hours:
Full-time position, overtime as needed. Flexible scheduling. Weekend and evening availability necessary.
Salary:
Base wage ($8 - $15) + tips + commission based on performance (typically totaling $20-$30+/hour) . Benefits include employee discount and paid time off.
Primary Duties:
Accurately pour samples of Infinity's wines and spirits as well as wine by the glass and specialty cocktails while maintaining and enforce bartending standards Responsible for managing inventory : ordering, stocking and maintaining par levels for bar supplies/dry goods/fruits/mixers/etc Lead on bartending , tours and on-site events/reservations Eagerly learn and educate customers on Infinity's distinctive product line and share company vision Effectively promote and sell Infinity's wines and spirits by meeting or exceeding goals Advocating promotions and Club Memberships to visitors of the
Tasting Lounge Secondary Duties:
Manage Tasting Lounge operations and hire/train Front of House staff in lieu of General Manager Collaborate with Management as needed with the following tasks: Seasonal Cocktail Menu, scheduling, and reservations Essential Skills, Traits, etc: 1 year minimum of prior bartending experience 1 year minimum training experience 1 year minimum of prior other related hospitality experience Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Sales and service experience with proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals Self-motivated, independent with ability to multitask Eagerness to continually expand knowledge level of Infinity's product line and production techniques Bartenders license or willingness to obtain If interested, submit a resume and cover letter
