This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly and professional customer service Handle busy shifts and maintain composure under pressure Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar Complete light/minimal cleaning duties as needed Restock inventory Stay until bar close and assist with end-of-night responsibilities Work independently while keeping service efficient and professional Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Ability to stand for 6+ hours during shifts Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working under pressure Must be able to lift 30+ pounds Be able to learn new technologies and understand a POS system Experience Prior bartending experience is NOT required We are willing to train the right candidate Bartender's license required — we will pay for certification/licensing If you are hardworking, reliable, and looking to join a fun and energetic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
