Job Overview Osteria Novella is seeking passionate and dedicated team members to join our vibrant restaurant environment. As part of our team, you will contribute to delivering authentic Italian cuisine and exceptional dining experiences. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages according to established standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed diligently Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns promptly Restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient service delivery Uphold the restaurant's standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed A genuine interest in Italian cuisine and hospitality is a plus but not mandatory Join Osteria Novella to be part of a passionate team dedicated to culinary excellence and memorable guest experiences.
