The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is highly valued. Candidates should be comfortable with POS systems such as Micros POS, and possess strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Weekend availability is required. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Micros POS Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience through excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage credit cards, cashiering, and basic math calculations for transactions Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff for food pairing or catering requests when necessary Handle special events such as banquets or private parties, providing tailored beverage service in a hospitality setting Experience Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or food handling is preferred Fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to serve in high-paced environments Knowledge of POS systems including Micros POS is advantageous Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Strong skills in time management, sales, customer service, and multitasking are essential Experience working in banquet settings or catering events is desirable Basic math skills including retail math are required to ensure accurate transactions This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your skills in serving, beverage preparation, and customer engagement will shine.
