The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service . A strong understanding of food safety and handling is essential, as well as experience with POS systems such as Toast. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience. Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments through POS systems like Toast. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar or during events. Participate in ongoing training related to food safety, brewing techniques, and cocktail preparation to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems (Toast) is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
