Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations. Uphold food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times while promoting a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; previous retail math or food industry experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to handle cash handling accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle challenging situations professionally. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events; nightclub or catering experience is advantageous. Basic math skills for accurate sales transactions and inventory management; experience with retail math is beneficial.
