Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making drinks, interaction with customers, with experience in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, fine dining, or banquet setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent service and expertly crafted beverages. The schedule is a mix of weekends, nights, days, and week days. But we are looking for someone flexible to help out when available. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods. Stay updated on current trends in cocktails and beverages to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a nightclub, fine dining, or banquet environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a high-energy atmosphere. Proficient in math skills for cash handling and making change accurately. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
