Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic person to elevate our front of the house and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a key leader you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your expertise in mixology and fine dining combined with your leadership skills will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. Duties Lead and motivate the front of the house team to deliver top-tier service with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, ensuring consistency and quality Ensure all food handling and food safety standards are strictly followed during beverage preparation and serving Oversee cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions accurately while maintaining accountability Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any concerns promptly Maintain a clean, organized bar area that complies with health regulations and safety protocols Assist in training new staff on beverage recipes, POS systems, customer service techniques, and responsible serving practices Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or lead roles in food service or beverage operations Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math calculations for cash handling and sales reporting Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Deep understanding of food safety standards, responsible serving practices, and alcohol regulations Experience working in the food industry with a focus on hospitality excellence; catering or food service background preferred Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service Join us as a where your passion for mixology meets leadership!
