$15-$18 per hour + Tips Job Description The Back Door is looking for professional, energetic, and guest-focused Bartenders to join our luxury cocktail lounge and speakeasy. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating exceptional cocktails, and thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences Maintain knowledge of specialty cocktails, spirits, and menu offerings Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company policies Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Work as part of a team to maintain a high-end guest experience Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Must be at least 21 years old Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive pay: $15-$18 per hour Tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Growth opportunities within the company About The Back Door The Back Door is a luxury cocktail lounge and speakeasy known for handcrafted cocktails, elevated hospitality, and unforgettable experiences.
