We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and payment handling. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering new products. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Manage time effectively during peak hours to maintain high service standards. Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Experience in nightclub or bar settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Must possess valid food handling certification as required by local regulations.
