We're hiring upbeat, professional bartenders to pour across three days on the Summerfest grounds. High energy, high volume, a crew that knows how to do it right, and a serious weekend of earnings. If you're fast, warm, and you love a packed bar on a summer day or night, this one's for you. When & where

Friday July 10, Saturday July 11, and Sunday July 12, 2026
Location:
Summerfest grounds (Henry Maier Festival Park), Milwaukee lakefront
Type:
Temporary, event-based — day and evening shifts available across all three days What you'll do Pour beer and seltzers at festival speed without losing the smile Deliver fast, accurate, genuinely friendly service to a steady rush of guests Run a clean POS — handle cash, cards, and comps accurately Card guests and serve responsibly, every time Keep your station stocked, clean, and ready to go Bring the energy — you're part of the festival, not just behind the bar What we're looking for 21 or older Bartending or high-volume service experience (festivals, events, or busy bars) Speed and composure under pressure — you thrive in a rush A genuinely upbeat, professional personality; guests remember you for the right reasons Comfortable on your feet and moving for long shifts in summer weather Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Valid Wisconsin Bartender's (Operator's) License preferred — or able to obtain before the event (we'll point you in the right direction) Pay $25/hour Why work Festa with us One of the best weekends on the Milwaukee lakefront A crew that knows how to run a great bar and have fun doing it Strong earnings packed into three days A foot in the door with Cream City Concepts for future events and openings
