Job Description

  • Overview:
  • We are seeking Competitive & Outgoing Servers, Bartenders or Hosts with High Standards to join our team at Mo's Irish Pub.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for building relationships with guests. Our FOH team plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a love for the food industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and take drink/food orders with a smile
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar/service area, including polishing glasses and stocking supplies
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize POS systems, including Toast POS
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide seamless service to guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings
  • Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences
  • Promote upcoming events
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all guests leave with a positive impression of our restaurant
  • Qualifications:
  • Outgoing, friendly personality and excitement to learn
  • Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a late night bar/restaurant
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Availability to work flexible hours; primarily evenings and weekends
  • Valid TABC and Food Handler's Permit required
