Bartender/Server

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure their safety
• Upsell additional drinks or menu items to increase revenue
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beers
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus
• Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service industry
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
